One of the leading causes of employee turnover is a lack of appreciation. Employee recognition programs that included acknowledgment, respect, and appreciation for hard work, accomplishments, and achievements had a positive influence on engagement, happiness, and culture. Great firms are constantly reassessing how they reward and recognize their people to ensure that they are addressing the needs of their team, culture, and industry practices.

When a company grows, it may become much more challenging, and management must rethink how they give value to the employee appreciation experience.

According to Kelly, (2021) So here are a few employee appreciation ideas to keep staff motivated and engaged.

Arrange surprises
Surprises are usually thrilling and a great way to express gratitude. While it's a modest
gesture, it shows that you care about your employees, which goes a long way.

Show them the cash
Employees are paid what you believe they're worth, so giving them a little more cash
communicates that you appreciate and respect their additional work and
accomplishment.

Feel them free when the project complete
Allow your employee to take the remainder of the day off to be with family, vacation, or a dinner time voucher once a major goal or project is fulfilled.

Public appreciations
Make a statement at an all-company or team meeting, write an email expressing your
gratitude, or post a video on your company's website showcasing employee brilliance.

Please express your gratitude
We often undervalue the impact of a simple thank appreciation note. Thank you notes, whether written by hand or sent via email, can go ahead and make employees are treated fairly.

Allow them to learn
Allow your staff to pursue more education on the company's pay. Send them to a seminar, enroll them in a virtual classroom, pay for their tuition, or allow them to cross-train with other employees to learn new skills.

Request assistance
Nothing expresses your gratitude for your staff like admitting you require their assistance. You send a powerful message to workers when you reach out to them, indicating that you respect their input or expertise.

Make a plan for employee recognition 
You can set standards and goals for expressing thanks in an employee recognition strategy.

Pay attention to what your employees have to say
In some cases, simply asking for the answer can lead to a faster solution. Consider asking your employees to rank their present level of gratitude as well as any unique ideas for how they would like to be recognized.

This is one of my favourites .Genuine appreciation is a very simple thing and most effective way to satisfy your employees easily.You can give them gift card for anniversary or birthday or arrange a small tea party with other employees.That will change everything.We can use these methods for redusing employee turnover.A study by CAREER BUILDERS found that 50% of employees would stay if they were tangibly recognized.Nice article.Good luck.

    The end results of Creating an environment for appriciating the staff will leads to retention of staff

    Good and motivated word. It is a true factor we are working for money. Money will give a little motivation. The main fact is Job satisfaction. To make satisfied shop floor associates in organization we have to set goals for the jobs.
    These goals must be set based to the employee duties and responsibility. The goals must be set with right mechanism of measuring. Then there will be transparency of performance measuring.
    This goals to be reviewed by the management time to time and appreciated there achievement and give guideline to improve. By this the core associated will be more self-motivated good team player.
