What is the definition of communication?

Effective communication has a significant impact on job outcomes, and it is vital for the efficient operation of the office. Ineffective communication, It can include not only words, but also visual elements, gestures and other components derived from the company's common cultural values ​​and practices, which can be enhanced by using symbols and symbols that are recognizable to all members. Gestures or drawings could be used to help the employee understand the material better. Because effective communication is essential for job performance, it is carefully planned and delivered (Kashyap, 2019).

Why communication?

Powerful correspondence in the working environment can help to lighten issues and increment efficiency. When employees communicate with each other and respect the perspectives of others, they will be more interested in working together and finding the best solution together. (efectio, 2021).

By developing excellent communication, management teams can better understand their employees' skill sets and afterward give clear directions to individuals who are most appropriate for the gig, expanding the general viability of every action.

Tips for effective communication 

According to (efectio, 2021) following are the some tips for effective communication.

·     Take command and start communicating right away. To improve communication effectiveness, it is better to meet face-to-face to discuss the most important topics to avoid unnecessary things, misunderstandings.

·       Consider what you're saying before you say it. If you prepare ahead of time for a talk, it will be moreeffective.

·       Organizing a gathering, during the conference, the entire team gets the chance to convene and discuss current concerns, with each team member having the opportunity to share their thoughts and discuss what has been accomplished.

Use simple language while talking with coworkers to be more productive.

Pay attention to what the other person is trying to say, don’t hinder him, and inquire questions in the event that you do not get it.

Double-check that you’ve listened to everything correctly before responding.

If you want your co-workers to understand your opinion, don’t get hooked on your language. Tell your employees what you need to know in a concise and detailed manner.

Work place communication is a key factor in the flow of information from top to bottom and bottom to top in an organization and is a wide ranging subject.Visual,written ,non verbal and verbal methods use within institutions.However absence of proper communication causes for decrease of productivity,
